Low-foam, no chlorine. Best suited to C.I.P cleaning especially where systems have a high sugar residue. High caustic content and low foam surfactants allows it to emulsify and saponify the heaviest deposits of oils and fats. Long tank life with low dilution rates. The wetting agents and sequestrants incorporated in the product ensure that soil films are easily penetrated. Rinsing is easily facilitated to leave surfaces bright and deposit free.
Application (How To Use)
For routine cleaning in Dairies, Brewing and Bottling plants we recommend the following: Concentration 0.8% -2.0% Temperature Ambient to 80?C**Application dependant. Pressure 1.0 2.0 BAR Residence time 8-15 minutes Rinse time 3 8 minute Used in the above concentration it will be found that while cleaning is quite sufficient for most applications, rinsing will be far quicker, with far less water used. Surfaces will also be left brighter.
