Application (How To Use)
CSM may be applied by brush, mop, rag or spray or may be used in conjunction with high pressure spray equipment either cold or hot. It is also highly suitable for use in steam cleaners where the water softening properties of CSM will reduce the rate of scale build-up in the coil. Used in a steam cleaner CSM should be put into the chemical compartment and the injector adjusted so that only light foam is generated when the washer is in use. CSM should be applied at the required dilution to the soiled surface and allowed to react for 5 to 10 minutes during which time agitation will assist the cleaning action. The released soils should then be flushed or wiped away leaving a clean surface. The use of warm water for manual applications will speed the cleaning action.
