BIO-LIVE CONCENTRATE will remain active as long as the system being treated remains wet and if there is substrate for the enzymes to keep acting on. BIO-LIVE CONCENTRATE is a microbial preparation and therefore sensitive to disinfectants and hash pH change. For best results make sure the system is not overloaded with chemicals that are not normally found in septic and sewer systems immediately before or after treatment.

Application (How To Use)
Degrades and eliminates organics found in drain lines and grease traps. Maintains effective activity in any septic system, eliminating the need for excessive pumping. Eliminates odours. Septic, Sewer and Waste Treatment: Pour directly into toilet, drain, septic system and allow a residence time of at least 1 hour before flushing the lines clean. Extended contact time increases the ability for the enzymes to act on the free organic matter. Hand Cleaning: Apply directly with a brush or cloth. Allow for a 5 min contact time before rinsing with clean water or water jet. Repeat if necessary for stubborn soils.
